Rebuilt from the foundation up, the project introduced a new engineered framing system that runs parallel to the original structure. This method allowed the historic fabric of the home to remain intact and visible, while providing the strength and performance of a modern build. Original elements were preserved wherever possible, maintaining the authenticity and craftsmanship of the existing structure.
